Spanish Rice

½ pound ground chuck
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
½ cup water
½ teaspoon chili powder
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup raw long grain rice

Brown beef and drain.  Place all ingredients in crockpot.  Stir thoroughly.  Cover and cook on low 8-12 hours.
